No. We don't guarantee odor removal, and we don't offer it as a standalone service.

Odor is caused by whatever's producing it (pets, smoke, mold, cooking, etc). Cleaning the surface helps, but it doesn't always remove the source. Some odors are embedded in carpet padding, drywall, or ductwork, and no cleaning service can guarantee full removal without knowing the root cause first.

What we can do: deep clean the affected area and reduce odor where possible. If the smell persists after that, it usually points to something structural (mold, subfloor damage) that needs a specialist, not a cleaner.

All move-in/out and deep cleaning services include a re-cleaning guarantee (targeting the missed areas only). Certain conditions apply. To be eligible and use this guarantee, you must:

• Submit your claim through our claim form within 48 hours of the end of the cleaning.
• Describe each missed area in the form. The claim covers only the areas described and supported by your photos or videos.
• Include photos or videos of every area you are claiming.
• Indicate your availability for the re-cleaning.

If valid issues are raised, we will arrange a re-cleaning of the missed areas and propose at least 3 time slots within normal business hours, within 7 days of the initial booking date. If none of these slots work for you, our offer for a free re-cleaning will be canceled, along with our satisfaction guarantee. In exceptional cases, we may agree to refund up to 50% of the fees (pro rata) at our discretion.

Please note that for deep cleaning, move-in/move-out deep cleaning, and post-renovation cleanings, failure to send us complete photos or videos of the actual condition of the place to be cleaned at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled cleaning will void the satisfaction guarantee. Professional content (e.g., staged photos from broker listings) or outdated photos/videos (e.g., taken more than a week prior to the cleaning) will not be accepted, as they do not reflect the current condition of the space prior to our visit.

You can cancel your appointment at any time by accessing your account and initiating the cancellation, contacting us via phone, or emailing us at info@thecleanpanther.ca. Please note that we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for all cancellations. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in a 50% charge. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will not incur any fees. In the event you cancel your cleaning the same day as it was supposed to happen, with no valid reason, penalty fees corresponding to 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.

Yes, absolutely. Our goal is to always keep the same cleaner(s) paired with your home or office. This allows them to learn your specific preferences and get more efficient with every visit; they eventually know the place better than you do.

We bring our own cleaning products and supplies to every clean, but when it comes to standard cleanings, we kindly request that clients have the essential equipment available, which should include a vacuum cleaner, a mop, and a bucket. For deep and move-in/move-out cleanings, we will provide all the necessary equipment.
