Maintenance Cleaning
Our maintenance cleaning keeps your home consistently fresh with a routine visit on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly frequency. Every maintenance clean includes:
Kitchen
- Clean and disinfect countertops, surfaces, and backsplash
- Clean sink and faucets
- Clean surfaces of kitchen appliances (fridge, oven, dishwasher)
- Wipe small stationary appliances (toaster, kettle, coffee maker)
- Wipe cabinet fronts where needed (spot clean)
- Wipe table and chairs
- Vacuum and mop floor
- Empty trash and replace liner
- (If added as extra) Deep clean inside fridge or oven
Bathrooms
- Clean and disinfect toilet (inside, outside, behind base)
- Clean shower and bathtub surfaces
- Clean vanity, sinks, mirrors, and faucets
- Wipe counters and fixtures
- Vacuum and mop floor
- Empty trash bins
Bedrooms and Living Areas
- Dust all accessible surfaces: furniture, shelves, ledges, and decor
- Wipe mirrors and glass surfaces
- Straighten cushions and throws
- Make beds (when clear of objects, clothes, etc.)
- Vacuum carpets and rugs
- Vacuum and mop hard floors
General / Whole Home
- Remove cobwebs from ceilings and corners
- Dust accessible light fixtures
- Wipe high-touch points: door handles, switches, railings
- Vacuum and mop floors in hallways and entryways
- Spot clean doors and switch plates
- Empty all trash bins and replace liners
- A general tidy so every room looks guest-ready

Deep Cleaning
Here's the deep cleaning checklist all our teams follow to ensure nothing is missed. Deep cleanings are our specialty. We are proud to offer the most thorough deep cleaning checklist in Montreal.
Kitchen
- Degrease the stovetop and hood exterior
- Clean sink and faucets
- Clean and disinfect all countertops, surfaces, and backsplash
- Clean exterior surfaces of refrigerator and oven
- Wipe small stationary appliances (toaster, kettle, coffee maker)
- Wipe all kitchen baseboards
- Vacuum and mop behind/under movable appliances (fridge, oven) *
- Vacuum and mop floor, including edges and corners
- Clean outside of kitchen cabinets and drawers
- Wipe and polish all hardware and handles
- (If added as extra) Clean inside of all cabinets and drawers
- (If added as extra) Deep clean inside refrigerator and freezer
- (If added as extra) Deep clean inside oven
- (If added as extra) Deep clean inside dishwasher
Bathrooms
- Scrub and disinfect shower, bathtub, tiles, and grout
- Clean shower doors and tracks
- Clean and disinfect toilet (inside, outside, behind base)

- Remove soap scum, hard-water stains, and mildew
- Wipe / clean stains on walls

- Vacuum and mop floors, including under and behind furniture where accessible
- Wipe baseboards and moldings
- Wipe windowsills
- Clean inside closets, including shelves and hanging rods
General / Whole Home
- Remove cobwebs from ceilings and corners
- Wipe down walls where needed (spot clean)
- Disinfect high-touch points: door handles, switches, railings, thermostats
- Vacuum and mop hallways, entryways, and landings, including baseboards
- (If present) Wash staircases including steps, risers, railings, and baseboards

Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
Here's the move-in/out cleaning checklist all our teams follow when a property changes hands. It is built to hand a home over in impeccable condition, whether you are moving in or moving out.
Kitchen
- Clean inside and outside of all cabinets and drawers
- Clean and disinfect all countertops/surfaces and backsplash

Post-Renovation / Post-Construction Cleaning
Here's the post-renovation cleaning checklist our teams follow after construction, painting, or remodeling work. It includes everything in our Deep Cleaning (or Move-In/Out Deep Cleaning when the space is empty), plus the heavy-duty work below. Note: construction debris removal is your contractor's responsibility; we take over once the work is done and the space is cleared. Note: The Deep Cleaning or Move-In/Out Deep Cleaning extra must be selected as well.
Construction Dust Removal
- Vacuum and wipe fine construction dust from all surfaces: walls, ceilings, ledges, and trim
- Dust and wipe light fixtures, ceiling fans, and bulbs
- Wipe dust from air vents and vent covers
- Vacuum sawdust and fine dust from inside cabinets, drawers, and closets
- Multiple-pass vacuuming of all floors, including edges, corners, and thresholds
Residue Removal
- Remove paint splatter, silicone, and adhesive residue from floors and surfaces
- Remove grout haze and drywall compound residue from tiles
- Wipe scuffs and construction marks from walls, doors, and frames
Detail and Final Pass
- Clean inside and outside of all cabinets and drawers
- Clean inside toilet tanks
- Scrub countertops, sinks, and backsplashes
- Polish hardware, handles, faucets, and fixtures
- Vacuum and wash all floors for a move-in-ready finish
- (If added as extra) Interior windows and tracks
* Cleaning behind and under appliances requires the fridge and stove to be pulled away from the wall before our arrival. If they have not been moved, this item is skipped with no price adjustment. If you ask our team to move them, they are moved at your own risk. See our Terms and Conditions.
