Whether you have specific expectations for how a particular room or space should be cleaned or simply want to inform our cleaners about any unique circumstances, we ensure that your home cleaning or office cleaning service is customizable.

Please note that requests for services we already offer for extra cost (such as inside fridge or oven deep cleaning) will not be treated as special requests and will simply be added to your booking at the standard rate (see our online booking platform).

While we do our best to go above and beyond and help out with your needs, some requests may be subject to extra charges depending on the complexity and effort involved. We reserve the right to decline certain requests at our discretion.

All move-in/out and deep cleaning services include a re-cleaning guarantee (targeting the missed areas only). Certain conditions apply. To be eligible and use this guarantee, you must:

• Inform us within 48 hours of the end of the cleaning at info@thecleanpanther.ca.
• Provide a written explanation of the issue.
• Include relevant images (photos or videos) to illustrate the problem or complaint.

If valid issues are raised, we will arrange a re-cleaning of the space. We will attempt to schedule the re-cleaning within 7 days of the initial booking date. If none of the proposed slots are accepted by you, our offer for a free re-cleaning will be canceled, along with our satisfaction guarantee. In exceptional cases, we may agree to refund up to 50% of the fees at our discretion.

Please note that for deep cleaning, move-in/move-out deep cleaning, and post-renovation cleanings, failure to send us complete photos or videos of the actual condition of the place to be cleaned at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled cleaning will void any satisfaction guarantee and potential refund. Professional content (e.g., staged photos from broker listings) or outdated photos/videos (e.g., photos/videos taken more than a week prior to the cleaning) will not be accepted, as they do not reflect the current condition of the space prior to our visit.
