We're very strict about who we bring on: only 1% of applicants make it onto our team. Every cleaner is interviewed, and we check their proof of identity, proof of address and references before their first visit.

Your cleaner brings the cleaning products. For regular visits, please have a working vacuum, a mop and a bucket at home.

Regular visits keep a clean home clean. If your home hasn't had a thorough clean in the last 3 months, start with a deep clean so every visit after it starts from the same standard.
Moving? Book a move-in or move-out clean first, then switch to regular visits in your new home.
What Every Visit Includes
Every visit follows the same room-by-room checklist. Throughout the home, we dust light fixtures, wipe door handles and switches, and empty the trash. See the full maintenance checklist.
KITCHEN
Counters, backsplash, sink and the outside of your appliances cleaned and disinfected. Table wiped, floor vacuumed and mopped.
BATHROOMS
Toilet, shower, tub, vanity and mirrors cleaned and disinfected. Counters wiped, floor vacuumed and mopped.
BEDROOMS AND LIVING AREAS
Furniture, shelves and decor dusted, mirrors and glass wiped, beds made, carpets vacuumed and floors mopped.

Is a maid service the same as house cleaning?
Yes. Maid service, cleaning lady and regular house cleaning all mean the same thing: a cleaner who comes on a set schedule and cleans your home room by room. You pick weekly, every two weeks or monthly, and you can change the frequency later.
How often should I book a cleaning?
Most homes do well every two weeks. Busy households with kids or pets often choose weekly, and smaller or quieter homes monthly. You can change your frequency later.
Will I have the same cleaner every time?
On weekly and bi-weekly plans, yes: you always keep the same cleaner. On monthly plans, you keep the same cleaner when availability allows. Changing the day, time or frequency of your visits can mean a different cleaner.
How do you choose your cleaners?

Do I need to be home?
No. Just tell us how your cleaner can get in when you book.
What do I need to provide?
A working vacuum, a mop and a bucket. Your cleaner brings the cleaning products. If you'd rather we use your own products, or if some surfaces need special care, let us know before the visit.
Can I skip or move a visit?
Yes. Changes are free up to 48 hours before your visit. Within 48 hours, 50% of the visit is charged, and same-day cancellations are charged in full.
Can I add extras to a visit?
Yes. When you book, you can add:
- Inside the fridge
- Inside the oven
- Kitchen and bathroom cabinets
- Interior windows
Add them to every visit or just the first one.
How do I pay?
By card, entered securely when you book online. You're only charged once the clean is complete.
What if something isn't right?
Tell us within 48 hours using our satisfaction form, with photos of the areas, and we'll follow up.
