The satisfaction guarantee has 2 conditions: you sent us photos of all areas of your home before the cleaning, and you submit your claim within 48 hours of the appointment. Our booking instructions ask for photos or videos of your home before the cleaning. Without them, this claim isn't covered by the satisfaction guarantee. You can still submit it and we'll review it case by case.
For example: weekdays from 9am to 12pm, Saturday morning, etc.
The claim will cover the areas described here and supported by your photos or videos.
